The Ottawa Senators are a very, very bad team. With that being said they will make a very strong run for the cup, the McDavid cup, but in the end will get (frank)ed up by the lottery and not even score Jack Eichle. Sens fans, be ready again for a terrible season, this one will be hard to watch.

If you read my posts on twitter (you're the only one who doesn't!!!), then you know that the Bruins MUST trade a dman man & likely two NHL ready dmen (likely Krug & Bartkowski).
Krug is expendable & marketable (14 goals ranked 6th last year) because of Warsofky, a close Krug-clone, albeit cheaper ... & Trotman (younger, bigger, & cheaper than Bartkowski). Krug has "unique" skills, not unlike DelZotto, but the Bruins system has priority for defense first).
The B's, already $800 over the cap, need to shed cap space to sign top 6 forward Reilly Smith ... this deal will get done. The Bruins love their defensive system but also realize they can not repeat last year (w/out Iginla) & w/out Reilly Smith ... he will make the opening night roster.
The Bruins will trade ... Krug, Kelly (or Eriksson) & Bartkowki (pending UFA) ... enough to sign Smith & also get a bottom 6 forward or prospects/picks. The Boychuk trade rumors are ridiculous ... Seidenberg (#2) & McQuaid (#5) are both healing from major surgeries ... the Bruins will not trade Boychuk before they know Seidenberg & McQuaid are completely healthy. |

opinion. Most people would say the bruins blowing a 3-0 series (and game 7 lead), to philly in 2010 the biggest playoff collapse ever.
It sucks the leafs lost that one, but we werent expected to get out of game 5 and we pushed the Eastern Conference champs to a game 7 OT |
